SHIPPING
We ship FREE throughout Europe (excluding Switzerland) with delivery scheduled within 2-4 working days for Italy and 3-5 working days for Europe, from the date of payment of the order (Islands and remote areas may take longer).
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you. The items must be returned intact and in the same condition in which they were received. To make a return request, just send us a duly completed return form (or alternatively also a simple communication that contains all the information requested in the form), within the indicated terms, to the following email address customerservice@reshoes.it. The shipping costs of the first return will be free: we will send you the shipping label and give you instructions for delivering the package to the courier. Further returns will be at your expense.
